Electrical Safety Certificate
An Electrical Safety Certificate or EICR is a document that demonstrates the safety of electrical instillations, wiring and fuses are safe. It is a big part of ensuring that your property is fit for human habitation.
EICR’s have not long been introduced into legislation, therefore it is essential that this certificate is carried out promptly, every 5 years.

Energy Performance Certificate
An Energy Performance Certificate or EPC is another legal document needed when a new building is constructed or existing buildings are marketed for sale or rent. An EPC enables you to consider energy efficiency and potential energy costs.
